Aqua Aerobics

 With being A qualified accredited aqua aerobics instructor, I am here to introduce and guide you, therefore I want to invite you to Come join in and get to know the world of aquatic exercises and the many different options the water can offer us! Due to the water's buoyancy, it is safe for any age group to join, from the young to the elderly, pregnant ladies, postpartum injured athletes, beginners, more advanced individuals, individuals struggling with osteoporosis, struggling with joint problems, mental and physical disabilities, wanting to get the fitness levels up, your heart rate up or for fat loss you can enquire on the different options available.

With A lovely warm family-oriented vibe, the pool is heated and enclosed making it A more private area and also being able to swim rite through the year keeping us healthy and fit at all times. It is important to do exercise you love that way it makes it easier and more maintainable - Therefore I invite you to join in for A FREE first lesson, ask questions and be guided in the right direction.

I offer different option in the water and a few on ground to ensure there is something you will enjoy - Weekly Timetables are set up and sent out on the watt's app group and also available online - book your spot and you set to go! From Aqua Aerobics to aqua noodle, aqua Zumba, aqua dance, aqua yoga, aqua step, aqua Pilates and so much more

There are just so many wonderful benefits within the aqua world, below are just a few: It accomdates all levels of fitness, the cushioning advantages (the reduced impact) the buoyancy of the water supports the body, the resistance of the water helps improve your muscle tone. The hydrostatic pressure - cardiorespiratory, reduces swelling and pooling of blood, improves circulation, posture and core stabilization, cardiovascular conditioning, muscular endurance, increased flexibility, abdominal workout, bone stimulating advantages, emotional wellbeing.

Teenagers up to 12 years Full month R450 or R50 per session

Golden oldies & housewives only to join on A Tuesday and Thursday morning at 10am R350 full month or R50 per session
