Just like many other individuals that have struggled with weight and not understanding food I have been there to, I pick up weight then I lose it then before I know I'm searching for the next quick fix not knowing how much damage I'm causing,
After achieving my nutritionist certificates, it has taken me months to put together A plan that works for me and whereby I can share this journey with others, I followed my own 8-week plan to see how effective this is - not only did I lose fat but also cm my understanding and relationship with food is so much better as well as my fitness levels which leaves me feeling so much healthier and more energized, it has also been such A healthy mental mind shift for me to.
I also go through my ups and downs being a total foodaholic I have to constantly remind myself why am I on this journey not only for the fat loss but the long term health obligations we face as we grow older, I am also human and also face daily challenges that lead to binge eating, being A foodaholic also makes things more challenging, always looking for some reason to eat any opportunity, being it something we need to celebrate or maybe a bad day! But after I had followed my 8 week plan it has now become a part of my daily life therefore, I have decided to not walk the road alone but instead be a part of a community where I can assist many other individuals' by sharing my knowledge and together, we can support one another and build much healthier future.
It only takes one habit at a time to make a huge difference. You are never too old to start there is no better time than now! Remember we only have one life; its A short life so let's make it A good life.
